Total Weekly Rental - £500 per week
Deposit - £50.00 per week
The deposit is incurred at time of booking in order to secure the dates you require, and is non-refundable.
Balance Rental - £450.00 per week
The balance due is payable 8 weeks prior to your departure.
Bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of departure will lead to a full 100% cancellation charge. Please ensure that you have taken out full insurance cover for your holiday to cover for this eventuality.
We accept payment by cheque, or can arrange for your credit card to be charged. If using credit card, please be aware that most providers charge a cost for using this facility.
LOCAL STATE AND COUNTY TAXES ARE PAYABLE IN FLORIDA. THIS WILL EQUATE TO APPROXIMATELY £60 PER WEEK.
The following items are also available at extra charge, payable whilst in Florida:
Safe
There is a safe located within the villa. Details of how to rent the safe are located in the villa (credit card transaction). This currently costs $20 per week for rental.
Telephone
A telephone is available for use in the villa. In order to use the telephone for overseas calls you will need to purchase a phone card from one of the local stores or from our Management Company. A card costing $10.00 will typically provide you with 100 minutes of call time to a U.K. landline. Calls within the USA and Canada are free.
Swimming Pool Heater
If you decide to take advantage of the pool heater, there will be an additional charge of $175 per week. This is generally recommended during the winter months of October to March.
Wheelchairs
$40.00 per week.
Cots & High-Chairs
$20.00 per item, per week.
